to object to the granting of the
prayer of the said petitioner; the Court
proceeded to a full hearing upon said
petition and being satisfied in examination
of the facts and circumstances of the
said claims that the said petitioner is
entitled to a conveyance of the real estate
described in said petition to wit Lot (1)
one in Block (21) twenty one Lot D Salt
Lake City survey.

It is ordered adjudged and decreed that
the executors of said estate of Brigham Young
deceased be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute conveyance of said
real estate to the said petitioner.

It is further ordered that said executors
pay the expenses of this proceeding
taxed at $
