Order Fixing Time for Hearing Petition
for Decree Directing Issuance of Correction
Deed
Probate No. 553

Upon reading and filing the Petition of Henry McGean praying for an
order directing Brigham S. Young, as Trustee under the Last Will and Testament
of Brigham Young, deceased, to make, execute and deliver to said
petitioner a correction deed to the following described real property in
Salt Lake County, Utah, to-wit:

Commencing at a point 36 rods South and 1471.8 feet
East from the center of Section 3, Township 1 South,
Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running
thence South 46 rods; thence East 574.2 feet, more or
less, to the West line of Jordan Place; thence North
of Sherwood Forest Addition, 46 rods; thence West
574.2 feet, to the place of beginning; that said property
was commonly known and designated as Lots 5 and 6, Block
19, Brighton Five Acre Plat

to correct a certain deed made by decedent on July 19, 1866, and recorded
on said date in Book "C" of Deeds, page 483, of the records of Salt Lake
County
, Utah,

IT IS ORDERED that Wednesday, the 14th day of October, 1942, at ten
o'clock A.M., at the County Courthouse, in the Courtroom of Division 1 of
said Court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, be, and is hereby,
appointed for the hearing of the said petition; and that inasmuch as it is
impracticable or impossible to mail individual notice to all of the numerous
and widespread heirs of said Brigham Young, deceased, at that a majority
of said heirs are members of the Young Family Association, it is ordered
that notice of the hearing of said petition be given by posting notices in
three public places in Salt Lake County, Utah, namely, West front entrance
of the Courthouse, Thirty-third South and State Streets, and in the post
office in Murray, Utah, for the period of ten days prior to the said 14th day
of October, 1942, and that the Clerk mail a copy of said notice to the three
surviving daughters of said decedent and to the Young Family Association,
at the address hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
