WHEREFORE your petitioners pray that a day be set for hearing
this petition, and that due notice thereof be given as provided
by law, and that upon such hearing and upon proofs to be adduced
thereat an order be made by this Court authorizing and directing the
said Brigham S. Young as trustee of the estate of said Brigham Young,
deceased, to make, execute and deliver to your petitioners, the said
W. W. Caldwell and Vera M. Caldwell, his wife, and the survivor of
them as joint tenants and not as tenants in common a proper deed of
conveyance conveying all the right, title and interest of said deceased
and of his estate in and to the tract of land hereinbefore last above
described, and for such other and further relief as to the court may
seem just and proper.
