Salt Lake Meridian, namely: The Southern portion of Lot 5, All of Lots 6 and 9 Section 2 the Eastern portion of the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3 and a small tract off the South end of the Eastern portion of the East half of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 3 described as follows, Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot nine, thence West 155 8/10 rods, thence North 168 rods to the South line of 3rd South Street, thence East 127 8/10 rods to the West bank of the river Jordan, thence up the West bank of the said river Jordan to place of beginning containing 154 09/100 acres, more or less, valued at $3,583.76
