Governor - Spry.
Salt Lake City, Utah,

Honorbale sir,

As a citizen of the United States, I want to appeal to you, say that it is your duty to follow out the findings of the Board of Appeal, as well as the findings of the Jury in the Hillstrom case, your duty goes beyond the State, you have no idea I think how far reaching this case is, there is much in our land that is as yet formative, and the Hillstrom case is one of these, and their manner of anarchy must be repelled by strong measures, I herewith enclose a clipping, it in way shows the defiance of law and order, they break the laws, and then do everything to defy the law and its enforcement.

It is my prayer that you see to it that Hillstrom is shot, as every murderer ought to be, and I hope you manfully will stand by the verdict.

You must pardon me for my seeming instrusion in offering advice, it is owing to an intensity brought about by the I,W,W, and their manner of defying the laws, as well as their defiant coercion.

Yours most truly,
M.C. Long
#12 West Missouri Ave.
