Dear Sir.

Where as a jurisdiction murder is to be committed in the State of Utah Nov. 19. 1915 on a man who was not directly convicted but sentenced con conditions unfavorable to him and where as we believe that every one has a right to demand justice particular in this case

and where as it would a stain on civilized nations to commit jurisdictional murders or any other murders

there fore we apeal to Your Honor as the highest executivve authoroty in the State of Utah not to allow another murder to be commited.

We feel it our duty to act in securing justice because the past has proven it is to late to give justice after death.

There-fore we request Your Honor to delay the execution of Joseph Hillstrom and grant a new trial.

Hoping you will give this matter your carefull consideration

fears wiht out him he is not a bad Boy, only easy let, and that walt got him in to this trouble please give his Case a kind consideragen, Good only knows how he is neded by his dear old Mother.
