that the deposition of Brigham Young & Geo. A.
Smith will be taken, to be read for defendent
John D. Lee, in this cause, at twelve o'clock
noon on the 29th day of July 1875. before
Wm. Clayton Esq. notary public at
office of said witness Young, in Salt Lake City
at which time you are notified to appear & put
such interrogatories by Cross Examination as you
think fit-that we will pay to the expense of
telegram to any attorney to act for the people
to Cross Examine said witnesses, and
the charges of such attorneys.
