To the United States Marshal of the Territory
of Utah, Greeting:

Whereas the grand jury of said Court
has heretofore presented an indictment against
said defendant for the crime of murder, and
said defendant has been presented upon a warrant
issued thereover; this is therefore to command
you to safely confine said defendant within
the prison under your charge in Beaver City,
County and Territory aforesaid, until the further
order of said Court.
