A session of the Supreme Court of the
Territory of Utah was held this day beginning
at ten oclock A.M. pursant
to adjournment.

Present and presiding
Hon. [Michael Schaeffer] Chief Justice
and Hon. [Phillip H. Emerson] Associate Justice
and Hon. [Jacob S. Boreman] Associate Justice

Present also the clerk members of
the bar and Deputy U. S. Marshal. The
Court was opened by proclamation.

This cause coming on to be
heard in open Court at the January
Term 1877 of this Court, the same having
been argued and submitted, and by
the Court taken under advisement, now
on this 10th day of February 1877, this
Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is ordered, considered, adjudged
and decreed by the Court now here
that all and singular the judgement
