An Ordinance amending Sec. 3rd of
ordinance No. 79, was presented by the judi-
cal committe and refered back to the
committee for further consideration to
come up at the next session of the council
Councilor H. Olsen was appointed a
committee to get the bridge near the
meeting house fixed. Councilor H. Olsen
and T. B. Allred were appointed to
visit parties and learn if they would
act as policement. Council adjourned
for one week. Prayer by the Mayor.
Tuesday Sept. 9, 1879
Council met in the tithing office. Councilor F
Olsen presiding. Prayer by H. Olsen
Henry Puzey who had been visited by Councilors
A Olson and T.B. Allred to find if he would
act as a policeman said he would act but
he desired a lock-up so that he could confine
prisoners.
Henning Olson reported that the St. Supervisors
was to fix the bridge which he was instructed

relating to the assessor and collector was read
and referred back to the Judicial committee
An appropriation of Seven Dollars ($7.) was made
