To take any water out of the field would destroy the crops while with the greatest economy of the water much of the grain will be shrunk. We went to the Dam and ditches of Chester and found as much water running as there was at the bridge by Neilson's for the South field and the Point field. Yours respectfully, Joseph T. Ellis, G. W Allred, Rammus Justeson. Board of the Water Supervisors.
