Dear Sir,

We wish you would have prepared & sent to us a detailed list of the claims represented by us & to this we will add such as we have here and send it to Mr. Beaman who writes us under date of yesterday that he requires it.

It is a favorable time now to strike for those who have been delaying the positive disposition of their claims & we have been at work to day & trust to have something good to report next week.

We remain

Yours truly

Barling & Davis

Dear Sir,

We have your valued favor & note your reasons for not sending the detailed list of claims. It is as well to get them as near all in as possible before preparing the statements.

How would it answer to put a notice in your Newspapers calling the attention of the "Sufferers" to the necessity of handing in their documents at once to facilitate a speedy examination of them?

People can sometimes be reached best in that way. Shall be glad to see you here. We look for Mr. Beaman tomorrow Saturday.

Yours Truly Barling & Davis
