We regret to say that we had niether Griffiths or (?) Judicature acts in stack at present, neither could we procure them in New York after thoroughly trying. We have sent you the 15th Vol. of Moak's Eng. Repts. by express today. It has just been recd. by us today, having just been published. We looked in vain yesterday for the Volume con-taining the sketch, and left annoyed to think we could not find it, as we desired to send it to you at once.
