My man, Charles Day [farmer?] of [wc?] boy you [nine?] is ready to go to Howard house just so soon as the mail can reach mr [Posey?] who is the owner of the house. [Chances?] is [none?] [searching?]. I gave Mr Colby Notice to quit. We will be out of the house this evening. They will leave the key, with Mr [MC?] Hul =Ty—Please get the key from him, and have the house [banned?] up, until Charles can move there.
