I received in due time, [crossed out] the copy of your "Report on a State Bank," for which I offer my acknowledgements! [Crossed out] The apology furnished by the unskilled ********* [crossed out] my health: Respond certain by does justice to the plea of which it is ********. But I am not yet warmed from the opinion long entertained that the only quantity for the [crossed out] uniform & stable value of a paper memory, in its ************* into****** the ******** ********* and the only inward currency ******.

I am sensible that a ******* equal to that of species, and even beyond it, in any forgiven to a paper of any medium, by making a limited ********* for necessary purposes of which special ********* not enjoyed by special ***** but what is to ensure the inflexible adherence of the Legislation and even to own to the principles of purposes. Among such a number of independent States, the danger of abandoning is sufficiently suggested by experience; and to say nothing of the integral effects of the Economy of the ********** to imitation or invitation among every co-State as they may be relatively docile or ******** to each other, is a consideration ***** suggested by experience.
