To the Honorable, the Senate and Assembly of the State of Wisconsin:--
Your Petitioners, the Undersigned citizens of Washburn, Residents and Electors of the State of Wisconsin, would Respectfully Represent that they have Carefully Examined Bill No. "157.A" to amend Chapter 292, Laws of 1863, Entitled an Act relating to the powers of towns and town boards containing Unincorporated Villages, and believing that the passage of the same would be a serious detriment to the State at large, and especially to the development and progress of the newly settled portions of the State. would earnestly pray that the bill be defeated and the law remain unchanged:
