To the Hon the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin

Your Petitioners residing in the Town of Beloit in the County of Rock respectfully remonstrate against granting the prayer of the Petition of certain individuals asking your Hon Body to erect a new Township out of Town one and the one half of Town two Range thirteen. And your Petitioners will ever remonstrate &c.
