I arrived here this A.M. under orders to examine [?Justices Amu?] Manufactory! I have this evening for Washington

My baggage was mis-checked and 2 gr [?un dershirt?] [?is?] a Shirt and some collars is all I shall have, Till I get back to Philadelphia.

I think I shall get back by Wednesday Evening next.
