Dear Dairy

Somewhat better to-day.
My patient wasn't quite so
rambuncious as yesterday.
Tonight Anne & Byron & I
went for a walk, To the
laundry & into two gift shops,-
where I bought a tape measure
in the cutest little brass
bunny and the darlingest
little book mark, black
ribbon with a darling
old fashioned lead.

Came Home through the
park and had oranges -
apples & nuts in Anne's room.

Awfully mild today
almost Sixty. Had card
from George Ahern & someone
who didn't sign their name.
