2 p.m. Present the Provost Dr James, Professors Alexander
Patterson, Wallace, Wallen.

Minutes read & confirmed.

After considerable discussion it appeared that
the Faculty agreed that no Professor should be appoint
by students to serve on any committee of students or
student society except as Chairman. Professors
will accept Honorary offices, or when asked to be
present will cooperate in any way that may
further the object in view.
Moved by Professor Alexander
Seconded by Professor Patterson
That this be placed on the minutes as expressing
the general policy of the Faculty. Carried.
The relation of Professor Wallace to the Editorial
Board of In Cap & Gown was further discussed
& owing to the General policy adopted by the Faculty
it was moved by Professor Patterson
Seconded by Professor Wallen
