The following telegram has been this day sent you.
"Sixteen boxes in addition to three boxes glass for Foulweather lantern were shipped in March by Ocean Queen. Bills of la(n)ding were sent to Williamson. Michler has been directed to have Winship hunt them up and inform you. If necessary, go to San Francisco yourself and inform Board of result.

Three boxes containing parts of lantern missing and must be in San Francisco. Let Winship hunt them up, and inform Robert and Board of result. Suspend all payment for freight."
