I have the honor to submit the following Report of Operations for the year ending June 30th.
Thirteenth District
The Thirteenth District embraces all aids to navigation on the Pacific Coast of the U.S. north of the southern boundary of Oregon and embraces the coast of Oregon and the Washington** Territory. (of Washington)

[407 - crossed out] (422)** Yaquina Bay, Oregon. The Lt. Ho. at this point was commenced May 1, 1871 and completed the following October; ??? [owing to the fact that chimneys were not included in the supplies first shipped. The light was not exhibited till - crossed out] (and lighted)** November 23 1871.
