As the plan of the proposed building at Cape Foulweather is the same as the one adopted for Cape Disappointment I have deemed it advisable to invite proposals for the Same and would like to have you send me a bid should you desire to do so. The plans and specifications of the building are in this office and can be seen during office hours by any one you wish to send here to examine them for you.
