Respondent insists upon the exceptions noted before the
issuance of the Commission - Respondents further object to the
reading of the depositions of the witness because not taken
within the time required the waiver of the irregularity by
Compls Soliciters having been made upon view of the
answers without the knowledge is absent of respondents -

Those portions of the answers to the second Interrogatory
are objected to, which speak of the Declarations of
Complainants - Wherein the declarations of resp Betts - the suggestions
and conclusions of the witness are also objected to because
of their incompetency, irrelevcancy and not responsive
to the questions -

Those portions of the answer to the seventh int which
give the declaration of A. Walker are also objected to
because incompetent [unclear]

Those portions of the answers to the cross
interrogations are objected to which speak of the Declarations
of Resp. Betts = the which speak of the declarations of
Alexander Walker = the opinions of the witness = because
the same + every part thereof are irrelevant,
incomplete + inadmissible -
