This petition of Warner Washington Showeth
to your Honor, that he is a citizen of Benton County
in Said State. That an Escecution of Which the
following is a copy with the endorsement to wit.
This State of Alabama Cherokee County.
To any lawful officer Greeting-You are hereby
Commanded to levey & Escecute, Make and return
of the goods and chattles of Warner Washington
if to be found in your county as will be of value
to make the amount of thirty five dollars and
Sixty two cents (?). and nine dollars and two
cents interest, and the sum of one dollar and
Eighty one cents Cost which (?) by Robert S.
Gowan an acting Justice of peace
