of land to the said Jefferson J Watts do hereby warrant and
forever defend. In witness whereof I have herewith [ re-?] mi hand

County and State aforesaid. John Scarborough the grantor
in the within deed and acknowledged that he signed
sealed and delivered the within deed to the grantee therein
warned, and for the purposes therein expressed given under
my hand and seal this 6th day of July AD 1841

To all whom these presents shall come [illegible word] Scarborough
wife of John Scarborough whose name is subscribed in the within
and foregoing deed of conveyance to Jefferson J Watts know ye
what the said [illegible word] Scarborough for and in consideration of one
hundred dollers to her in hand paid at and before the signing
sealing and delivery of these presents by the said Jefferson J Watts
hath granted revised released and forever quit claim and
by these presents dath grant revise release and forever quit
claim unto the said Jefferson J Watts his heirs and assigns
all the land and all the right other right title interest property
claim or demand whatsoever in law or equity of in and
to the within deeded land and premises conveyed by my
husband John Scarborough to said Jefferson J Watts which
deed is as above certified acknowledge before JR John Esqr
on the 6th day of July 1841 from me my heirs and assigns
forever to said Jefferson J Watts as witness my hand and seal
this 9th day of November 1844
