presents shall come, Greeting, know Ye That I Joseph Joseph Indian Of Sandwich Labourer
In the County of Barnstable In the province of the massets. Bay in New England
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty Pounds
Currant Money of the Province aforesaid, to me in hand paid before the Ensealing hereof by
Timothy Bourn Nathan Bourne and Benjamin Gibbs all of Sandwich in the county aforesd
Yeomen -, the Receipt wherof I do hereby acknowledge
and my Self fully Satisfied, Contented and Paid, have Given, Granted, Bargained, Sold
Aliened, Released, Conveyed and Confirmed and by these Presents, do Freely, Clearly and
Absolutely Give, Grant, Bargain, Sell, Aliene, Release, Convey and Confirm unto them the said
Timothy Bourn Nathan Bourn and Benjm Gibbs their Heirs and Assigns for ever all that my one piece or parsel
of upland Lying & being In the Town Ship of Sandwich near a place called Queen Souit
being bounded by the Easterly Corner by a beech plumb bush So running Northerly
a Long by the meadow till it comes to Land Lately belonging to John Joseph
now belonging to the sd Timothy Bourn Nathan Bourn and Benjm Gibbs So running
westerly by sd land till it comes to the Creek [?]hatch or meadow belonging to Timothy Bourn
& Nathan Bourn aforesd So running Southerly by the meadow till it comes to one other piece of
land W. L & Timoty & Nathan Bour {s?} & Benj Gibbs bought of John Joseph afore {?} L. runing

Timothy Bourn & Nathan Bourn {?} purchases & buy land by virtue
of a grant formerly obtain by Elysha Bourn & Timothy Bourn {?} Benj a.
Gibbs dus purchase by virtue of being admitted and impowered by {?} Tomothy Bourn

To have and to hold the before Granted Pemifes with Appurtenances unto the
paid Timothy Bourn Nathan Bour & Benj. Gibbs their Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators and affigns
for ever, to this and their own proper Ufe, Benefit and Behoof for ever-more. And I the faid
Joseph Joseph- - for my Self, my Heirs, Executors, and Adminiftrators do
Covenant, Promife and Grant unto and with the faid Tomothy Bourn Nathan Bourn & Benj. a Gibbs these Heirs and affigns for ever, That before and until the Enfealing hereof, I am the True, Sole, Proper
and Lawful Owner and Poffeffor of the before Granted Pemifes with the Appurtenances
And have in my Self good Right, full Power and lawful Authority to Give, Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Aliene, Releafe, Convey and Confirm the Same as aforefaid; and that Free and Clear,
and Freely and Clearly Executed, Acquitted and Difcharged of and from all former and other
Gifts, Grants, Bargains, Sales, Leafes, Mortgages, Wills, Intails, Joyntures, Dowries, Thirds,
Executions and Incumbrances whatfoever. And furthermore, I the faid Joseph Joseph
----------- for my Self, my Heirs, Executors, and Adminiftrators do hereby
Covenant, Promife and Engage the before Granted Premifes with the Appurtenances, unto them
the faid Timothy Bourn Nathan Bourn & Benj. a Gibbs their Heirs and Affigns for ever to Warrant, Secure
and Defend againft the Lawful Claims or Demands of any Perfon or Perfons whatfoever
