The 4th that when any more
here fo this lodge. Either upon
conviction after a fair trail.
Or upon his own acknowledgement.
Has been found guilty of
violatin the pledge. Then
W.C. shall order [illegible] ballot
to be taken in order to know
the pleasure of the lodge as to
the grade of punishment to be
inflicted. The ballot being taken
when the highest grade first and
there the next(rest) until a ****
vote of the loge shall be obtained.

on motion it was resolved to
proceed to the election of offices
to fill such places as are now
vacant.
