Lodge met pursuant to adjornment
+ was called to order by W. H
Bro. Reily was appd W.R.S

The opening ado being being living the W.P.***
read a portion of scriptures. The minutes
of each meeting then being called, were
not read the R.S assigning as
a reason that they were not present

On calling for reports of relief
committee a report of the communit-
ees on the "Contribution box" was then
verbaly made + on motion was rec'd +
the committie discharged.

Under the head of new [illegible]
The death of Bro. E. Allen was
announced to the lodge + Bro's
came Reily + Grgaard was appointed
a committee to draft resolutions in-
dicative of the feelings of the lodge
or the sudden benavement.

A resolution was then read in effect
as follows, Resolved, "That a committee
be appointed to examine the books +
bonchers of the Financial Scribe durring
the time that they were in the hands
