A. That I cannot answer.

Q. 1177 I ask you: Were there any trans= =actions made by them in the name of your company that you were not in= =formed of by them?

A. It would be impossible for me to answer that. I could not tell what they did in the name of the company that I do not know anything of.

Q. 1178 The object of my question is to find out whether you know anything more about the affairs of the company, and the acts of those parties in relation thereto, other than such as they told you.

A. I do not — except such as I, par= =ticipated in myself, pesonally [personally].
