with a ratepayer roll. Clerk to supply same.

Letter from Military Dept re Recruiting.

Letter from same office re recruiting check slips.
Also requesting to know if the Chairman would
undertake to form a Committee to Canvas the Dist
for recruits also Cr Hall Cr Morgan. Clerk to reply that the matter
would be taken in hand at an early date.
