Petition for 2 Councillors for Mortlock Ward.
A Petition to the Council was received from a large number of Ratepayers of Mortlock Ward requesting the appointment of one more Councillor for Mortlock Ward.
As this petition should be addressed to the Governor note Clause 36 of L .G Act - this was referred back to Cummins per the Councillor for correction.

Re Land for Aerodrome
The Chairman pointed out that it will be necessary to obtain all particulars of the land if required & suitable for an Aerodrome before consideration by the Council - viz if Freehold or Lease Hold and if a clear title is obtainable.
