balances of Gov Books. reply sent that same does correspond
with Council Books & asking for further particulars regarding
same.

re Application for Vermin Loan
Letter from Sec for Lands acknowleging receipt
application for loan under the Vermin Act 1946 & 1919.
reply sent that Council had not made application referred
to. further reply received dated 3rd May 1920. That A L Hill had sent in an application for loan of £100 under the vermin
Act & that no application for this loan had been received
from the Council.

Letter from L G Dept stating that £183 expended by Council in employment
of Soldiers would be refunded this week

Wire net Instalments

& that the balance due was £1109.8.3.

to remove netting off abandoned lands & again dispose of
