Councillor Garrett read a statement of Liabilities
due to the Government by the District Council &
amounts due by petitioners to the D. Council
on the 31st Dec 1914 Also the report by
Messrs Joyner Shepherd & Phillips. on the
desision of the high Court on the disputed
wire netting Loans & amount of charges
connected therewith.

Moved by Cr Hartley. That notice be given the
solicitor to discontinue all cases with the
exception of JJ Spurr case. 2nd by Cr Puck. Carried

Resolved that the amount of costs on connection with
the cases be paid.
