That it be resolved that the land contained in Memorandum of Transfer from
JOHN FUSS to The District COUNCIL OF LINCOLN and dated the - day of - 1946,
and comprising of the land in Certificate of Title Registration Book Volume 1764, Folio 151, be and is hereby declared to be a Public Road.
