Re Road to Uley Mine
Inspector Ayling waited on the Council and stated that he came to inspect the road to the Uley Graphite Mine and that following his report there will probably be a grant alloted to put same in order.

Obstruction on Road
Following the report of the Overseer on his inspection of the obstruction on the road adjoining Mr C K Ritchies Sec 4 Hd Wanilla
Prop Cr Richardson/ Sec Cr Smith} - That following his promise to the Overseer, Mr Ritchie be requested to remove the Machinery and other obstructions, and the Centre gates from the road between Sections 4 Hd Wanilla and 2W Hd Uley to allow free access of stock along the road. Carried.

Requests
Cr Woods requested That when the pipes are removed from the road past Mr Derringtons, they be put in near T HWoods.
Also that the watercourse near the entrance to Mr Chapmans be diverted from the road into its natural Course.
Also that a few more holes be filled in near Little Swamp. Granted
Cr Smith asked that the Patrol Grader A be started working as soon as possible.
