2nd Meeting, Oct. 21, Friday.

The meeting came to order at
7:30, Mr. C.C. Wu presiding.

The secretary read the minutes
for the last meeting. Acceted.

Treasure Mr. Yeung made a
brief report.

Chairman Mr. C.C. Wu outlined
the business program for the evening.

Mr. Wu Tsung brought up a
program for clearing up the debts of the
Eating Club. Records kept separate.

Mr. Wu moved that the
committee - 飯[團?]善後案员会 - shall
continue to function until the Eating
Club pays all its debts. Motion
passed.

It was moved that Mr.
I. Huang's election to the be formally
recognized as the manager of the Eating
Club. Mr. Huang had been elected,
upon the resignation of Mr. W.P. Hsieh,
in a special meeting. Passed.
