12._ Previous to the admission of any new–
member; a proposal of admission in writing
shall be made to the Secretary, who shall lay_
the same before the Council, and if by them
approved of, the Secretary at the next meet-
ing of the Association shall publish it and_
at any Subsequent meeting he may be voted
in by written votes, provided there be a Majority
of Votes in his Favor, & Seven Members be _
present._ And it shall be the duty of each _
member not to reveal the persons Names_
Proposed to be admitted, to any Person other
than to a member of the Society, nor any doings
that shall be had thereon, unless the proposed
person shall Finally abtain admission._

13._ And if any member should notoriously_
disgrace himself by Flagrant abuses of his
moral Powers, he may upon conviction thereof
before the whole Association, be expelled, provided,
there be a Unanimous vote against him.–
