Voted _at the last mentioned time & place, Unanimous,
2. _to accept the report of their Committee chosen
May_1786_ for the purpose of recommending
a more Eligible mode of educating Pupils in the_
Practice of Physic-the committee [carroted above] chosen were Mels, Jeraulo-
Shute & Molbrook, & reported as follows_

Report of a Committee of a Medical Association
in the Courtesy of Suffolk, chosen May_1786_for
the purpose of recommending a more regular & Eligible
method of educating Pupils in the practice of Physic
whereby they may endeavour that Students in Medicine
for the future should have in some degree the hecafiany[?]_
advantages to qualify them for the more respectable
establishment of their Profession, and as those_
laudable Qualifications are the only Bases that will
ever give usefulness & eminence to the Honest Physician,
and on the Contrary will forever end to Subvert_
the wickedness of Quackery & Empiricism which
we have too much reason to lament has been_
malevolent [?] among us,_The Committee
therefore beg leave to propose the following_
