51 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Jul 26 1886 James McNaught reduced on improvements on Lot 1 B 19 Boren's Addition from $18,000 to $15,000 D Horton & Co reduced on improvements on Lot 5 Block 31 C D Borens Addition from $18,000.00 to $15,000.00 H L Yesler reduced on improvements on Block 33 C D Berens Addition from $16,000.00 to $13,000.00 The Clerk is directed to notify H L Yesler, G Poncin, Safe Deposit Co and Samuel Kenny to appear before the Council and show cause why the assessed valuation of their property should not be raised. Ordered that Council adjourn until tomorrow at 7:30 PM H L Yesler, mayor Attest W R Forrest, clerk Jul 27 1886 Be it remembered that on this 27th day of July 1886 the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to adjournment .
