Remonstrance of E C Kilbourne and others against building a pest house on the property owned by the city where the Powder House is located, On motion the ovet of the Council on establishing the pest house is reconsidered and the matter re-referred to the Committee in Public Grounds & Buildings in conjunction with the Committe on Health & Police. Adopted. Report from Street Committee granting the petitionof Thos Burke and others to grade Madison Street fromthe end of the present grade to the City limits and build a sidewalk thereon and recommending that a new grade be established as provided by an ordinance herewith submitted. Adopted
