Adopted From same Committee asking instructions on petition of W E Boone et al for a plank sidewalk in alley between Terrace & James. On motion the petitionis rejected. Onmotion the Street Commissioner is instructed to repair the sidewalk on Mill Street between Fourthand Fifth Streets On motion the petition of Jos Fuerbach et al for numbering and naming the Streets of Seattle is laid on thetable. Ordinances An Ordinance is submitted by the City Atty entitled an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a lease for a building for Engine Co No 4 which is passed by the following vote: In favor of the same Furth, Frink, Hinckley, Russell & Reitze against none. An Ordinance is submitted by the City Atty entitled "an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a quit claim deed for the undivided one eighth of Lot 3 Block 5 Maynard's Plat of Seattle" which is passed by the following vote: In favor of the same Furth, Frink, Hinckley, Russell & Reitze against none.
