205 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Jun 3 1887 Seventh Street The City Surveyor submits plans and specifications for Seventh Street Improvement which are referred to the Street Committee and after Examination the same are returned by the Committee with the recommendation that they be adopted and approved. Whereupon it is ordered that the said plans and specifications be and they are thereby approved and adopted. Ordinances An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled "An Ordinance to establish the grade of Valley Street in the City of Seattle" which is passed by the following vote: Ayes Frink, Green, Hinckley Lake, Russell & Reitze Nays None. An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled "An Ordinance establishing the grade ofSeventh Street from Madison to Battery Street in the City of Seattle" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Hinckley, Lake, Russell & Reitze Noes None.
