all kinds of sweets since the armistice was signed and got up here in the Army of Occupation.

It sure wasn't that way before while the war was on.

Everything stayed in S.O.S. I suppose. Oh yes I had my picture taken last Sunday and expect to get them before long and will send you some if they are good or bad. So figure on getting them in about the last of April. Can't say yet when we will leave for Gods country but think it will be in July or August. Thats all. Love to you all. Your loving son

it is quit a city itself. Am back at my old trade again now. Shot on the range today and did pretty well except on the 500 yd. I fell down. Made 48 points out of a fifty on the 300 yd range. Two below a possible. We shoot for records later on. This is only a preliminary now. Rec'd of bunch of mail from you folks on my return from Aix. A couple from you, one from Dad, several from Ada and some from the Dexters.

So I have lots of letters to answer now. Well this is all I can think of so good-bye. Love to you all.
