351 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Dec 9 1887 north sidewalk of Seneca St between Front Street and the alley innediately east of Front Street, read and referred to the Street Committee Petition of Alfred Snyder for a cross walk on the north street corner of Seneca read and referred to street committee Petition of Edgar Bryan for a culvert across atreet for east half of Block 22 A A Denny's Addition read and referred to Street Committee Petition of John Crist for permission to put up a small building to be used as a Fruit and Cigar Stand on Alley facing Mill Street in Block 9 Maynard's Plat read and referred to the Street Committee Petition of L A Treen and others calling the attention of the Common Council to the defective construction of our Theaters, Hotels, Halls and other public buildings read and referred to committee on Fire & Water & Grounds Communication from the Spring Hill Water Company accepting provisions of franchise conveyed by Ordinance 833 read and ordered filed. Communication accompanied by deed from H H Dearborn and Co donating Lot 2 of Summerville for the purpose of a Public Park to be known as Summerville Park and requesting the City to clear off the land and seed it with grass. Referred to Committee on Public Buildings & Grounds.
