The monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on _
There were present Messrs Andrews, Bigelow, Cheever, Curtis, Rand and Read. _
The record of the last meeting was read. _
Comee on Grounds authorized to have Lawn raised _
On motion of Mr Read,
Voted that the Committee on Grounds be authorized to raise the upper part of the Lawn one and a half feet higher than it has already been raised, and at an expense not exceeding five hundred dollars. _
Application of Mr Hitchcock refd to Com. on Lots.
On motion of Mr Andrews,
Voted that the application of Mr Hitchcock, made through the Superintendent to procure twelve hundred feet of land on Central Avenue be referred to the Committee on Lots, together with the subject of the proper margin to be reserved in this part of Central Avenue.
Application of A. Mc Donald to purchase land _
Mr Alexr McDonald having applied to purchase a strip of land on which his marble shop now stands,
On motion of Mr Andrews,
Voted that Messrs Curtis and Read be a Committee to examine and report on the subject of this application.
