Appliction of L B Andrews to have a mortgage of $3000. stricken from the City ro;; referred to City Atty. Ordered that the name of L B Andrews be substituted for that of William Andrews on the roll he being the owner of Lots 6 & 7 Block No 20 Boren's assessed to said Wm Andrews Ordered that the personal property of Thos Burke be reduced from $78,630. to $12,545, account of mortgages wrongfully assessed.
