Dear Madam

I learn that you requested that a broken cross on Lot 1127 might be replaced, the lot being under care of the corporation.

If you have no objection I will order one of the freestone, that being really more durable than, the present stone - Please let me know if you have any choice in the matter.

Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt

Saml. Batchelder Jr Secy

Dear Sir

Since lot 139 came under perpet. care, we have an order for some work on it - When it was taken was any work specified on the report?

I find lot 1760 (G.) Cutler on Record Book of Supt and it has been properly attended to by me.

Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt

Please tell me who is proprietor of Lot 180, also lot 181, and of the Bowditch Monument. I do not know whether some individual or the Corp [spoke?]
