443 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Apr 11 1888 and establish the grade of said Depot Street between Fir Street and [Broadway] Ordinances 920 An Ordinance submitted by the City Atty entitled "An ordinance establishing the grade of Birch Street in the City of Seattle between Depot Street and Harrison Street" which is passed by the following vote: In favor of the same, Furth, Frink, Green, Lake, Moran & Russell against the same none.
