Franklin K. Phillips Somerville
Dear Sir
In regard to your order to grade and sod the Nash lot #1821, I find there is a bill for work done on this lot charged to Mrs F K. Phillips and unpaid. I am directed by vote of the Trustees to do no work on lots where there are unpaid bills. Will you therefore please give the matter your attention so that the work of grading may be done. I enclose bill
Very respectfully JW Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
Dear Sir
Your postal card was received. I have examined lot 1224 and would suggest that you remove the fence. The old material will pay for removal, filling up old post holes, cutting over 4 posts for corners and cutting the number of lot on one of them.
The lot should be regraded and sodded. That would cost $40.
Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
